The benefits of sealcoating
Sealcoating offers many advantages in that it provides a smooth finish for the paved surface. It repairs any existing damage and protects the surface from oil, gas, salt, water, and any ultraviolet rays. By protecting the pavement, the surface will last much longer while also being easier to maintain.
Seal coating creates an even and smooth texture by filling any surface cracks which makes the pavement easier to clean and maintain. The seal coat results in a dark coloring and this draws more heat from the sun’s rays.
